28.05. and 04.06.2005 – Guided Tour - Zaha Hadid in the Urban Building Context of Berlin Mitte, each at 4:30 p.m.
Worlds lie between the draft designs of Zaha Hadid and their transposition into constructions. Starting out from the exhibition architecture in the Deutsche Guggenheim, the tour will be viewing Hadid’s residential block in Stresemannstrasse and Peter Eisenman’s commercial and residential building in Kochstrasse. The tour will conclude with an external viewing of the Jewish Museum, a point of culmination in deconstructive architecture.

Program for Children and Families

Art Picture Hunt

An exhibition full of highlights makes for an exciting museum visit: Which artist painted which pictures? And are they even all ”pictures”? Paintings, photos, videos and installations will be seen and explored. Everyone will pick his or her favorite work of art and then actively cut, paste, create and paint.

Duration: approx. 1.5 hours. Admission: € 5

02.06.2005 - Children’s Program for 3- to 6-year-olds, 4 p.m.

29.05.2005 – Family Brunch in the Deutsche Guggenheim
Adventure Art (for 3- to 12-year-olds) and a guided tour of the exhibition. Followed by a brunch in the Atrium of the Deutsche Bank. Admission: € 12, Children over 12: € 8; Children to 12: € 5
